Fully automated unmanned container cleaning line capable of realization.

From Reducing Labor to Unmanned: A cleaning system that utilizes robots, cameras, and AI to perform all processes of logistics containers and folding containers unmanned. *Materials are currently being distributed.

1. Space-saving If we automate the processing of 1,600 cases, a typical cleaning line for folding containers generally consists of many components and has a total length of about 35 meters, making it very long. However, this device has half the number of components and fits within a "super space-saving" installation space of 5 meters. Additionally, the number of operators required is typically 7 to 8 for manual tasks other than cleaning, and at least 2 even when automated. However, this device only requires 1 operator, as it only handles the loading and unloading between other tasks, effectively reducing the number of workers to about 0.5. 2. Processing capacity Since it is a "super space-saving" device, multiple units can be installed according to processing needs. <Advantages> - If two or more units are installed, even if one unit stops, the remaining units can continue production, preventing a production count of zero when one cleaning machine is down. - During maintenance, there is no need to stop all devices, making it easier to manage maintenance schedules. - Since processing capacity can be adjusted for each cleaning line, it contributes to reduced running costs. 3. Robotization By using robots for transportation, the operator's loading and unloading tasks are reduced, and the cleaning of dollies is also performed automatically, allowing for transportation to the unloading side.
